01 Who we are

Archon Finance (“Archon”, “we”, “us”) is an independent, authorized Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and credit-profiling consultancy operating in Delhi NCR. The legal entity operating this website is AARSH JAIN TRADING AS ARCHON FINANCE.

02 The service we provide

• We provide advisory and facilitation services: a written credit-profile assessment, a personalised credit-score improvement plan, structuring of your documentation, and matching and submission of your file to partner banks and NBFCs.
• We act as an intermediary between you and the lenders. The loan product, its terms, and the decision to approve or decline are entirely the lender's.
• We do not guarantee that any loan will be approved, or that any particular amount, interest rate, or tenure will be offered to you.

03 Fees and how we are paid

• We charge a one-time ₹500 Profile Assessment & Consultancy Fee for the advisory service described above. This is the only fee we collect from you, and it is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• As a DSA, we may separately receive a referral commission from a lender if your loan is disbursed. This is paid to us by the lender and does not increase your cost.

04 Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Submitting false or misleading information may lead to rejection by lenders and is your responsibility.
• You are responsible for your own borrowing decisions, and for reading and understanding any lender's terms before you accept a loan.
• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

05 Indicative estimates and tools

Any eligibility figures, EMI calculations, credit scores, “match strength”, or approval-time estimates shown on our website or within your assessment are indicative estimates only. They are not offers, sanctions, or commitments to lend. Actual terms are determined solely by the lender following its own verification and credit assessment.

06 Data and privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We share your information only with the partner lenders relevant to your file, for the purpose of matching and submission, and where required by applicable law. We store only a masked form of sensitive identifiers such as your Aadhaar number.

07 Third-party lenders

We are not responsible for the products, decisions, conduct, or acts of any partner bank or NBFC. Any loan agreement is entered into directly between you and the lender, and is governed by the lender's own terms.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archon Finance's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our service is limited to the amount of the fee you paid to us (₹500). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for a lender's decision to decline, delay, or vary any loan.

09 No financial advice

Nothing on this website or within our assessment constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. We provide a documentation and credit-profiling advisory service only.

10 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [Faridabad, Haryana] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services.
